To receive a return label and facilitate your return process, simply contact us at costumerservice@fancypanty.com with your order number and details. We'll promptly provide you with a return label via email.

Once you've received your return label, affix it securely to your parcel's largest side and drop it off at any Post Office of your choice.

Upon receiving and registering your returns package, we'll promptly process your refund. You'll receive an email notification confirming the credit amount and reimbursement method, typically returning funds via the original payment method used during checkout.
